Executive Director
Matt Abbott serves as the Executive Director for the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority (ZMCPA). He is a graduate of John Glenn High School, Muskingum University, BA and Salem University, M.Ed.
Business Development Specialist
Amy Young serves as the Business Development Specialist for the the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority (ZMCPA). Prior to joining the ZMCPA, she worked for State Farm and in the tax industries.
