All of the school districts in Muskingum County meet or exceed the average graduation rate for the State of Ohio. Most schools offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses and provide opportunities for students to take post-secondary courses at Ohio University Zanesville, Zane State College, or within their own facilities.
Technology-focused certifications and licenses, known as Industry Recognized Credentials (IRC), are offered at all schools. This program is developing a strong pool of candidates qualified for trade jobs.
