A commitment to housing is an economic development tool, as important as providing industrial sites and incentives. Muskingum County is making significant investments to expand our housing stock to show that we not only welcome new employers, but also their new workforce residents as well.
The Zanesville Muskingum County Port Authority offers this information as a courtesy to site selectors and our community. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with lease applications.

~ Located at 8 Main Street, Zanesville, OH 43701.
~ Adjacent to Historic Lock #10 Canal.
~ Project includes renovation of the Historic Baker Brothers Wholesale Warehouse Grocery buildings at 8-12 Main St. into single mixed-use development.
~ The project proposes a mix of 38 market-rate, short-term rental apartments, retail, and office uses, as well as public gathering spaces.
