Airport Business Park – 30.18 Acres

This 30.18-acre site is located in the Airport Business Park, just two miles south of I-70 Exit 160. This site underwent deep dynamic compaction to create a shovel ready pad in 2016. All utilities are in place:  Water capacity 500,000 gallons/day. Sewer line is just across the main road,  capacity of 185,000 gallons/day. Electric capacity of 10 MW  at the site on a 12 KV primary delivery. National Road Business Park

This 203 acre greenfield site is located adjacent to the Airport Business Park and provides numerous parcels ranging from 25 to 100 acres.  It is located along State Route 40 east of Zanesville.  The site is visible from Interstate 70, which averages over 50,000 vehicles a day.  The site is a prime location for any business or industry looking for excellent access.  All utilities are located on site, which provides for a quick turnaround for any company looking to locate their business. Northpointe Business Park – 34 Acres

This is the largest remaining tract in the Northpointe Business Park, a proven location for businesses in the City of Zanesville. This site has gently sloping topography, and ~1,600′ of frontage along Northpointe Drive.
